Left Strength and Conditioning Coach Christoph Ebenbichler, Centre me and Right Ski Trainer Wolfgang Auderer at the weekend on the Hintertux Glacier. Without these two Guys I dont know what I would do! They keep me on track day by day and are practicly like family!
Training is going great, looking to start racing on the 3rd of December in Kuhtai, Austria. Cheers Ben.
